Morgan Madonna LLC supplies products listed on the Morgan Madonna The Brand (this
includes Cool Silk) website, under the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms
and Conditions, and our Privacy and Cookie Policies carefully before using our website or
ordering from us.


The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Morgan Madonna The Brand website and to
any products you purchase from them; regardless of how you access the website, including any
technologies or devices where our website is available to you at home, or on the move via a
mobile device.


We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any updates affecting
you or your purchases will be notified to you, by us in writing (via email), and on this page.
The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their
interpretation.


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any products you purchase through our
website. These terms and conditions apply regardless of how you access the website, including
via any device by which we make our website available to you.
Order Acceptance


Completion of checkout online does not constitute our acceptance of your order from us.
You will be notified by email as soon as possible with confirmation that we are processing
your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from
you and dispatch of the product(s) is confirmed.


We have the right, prior to dispatching the product(s) to decline an order for any reason,
including legal and regulatory reasons.


Our contract with you will start when you receive the order dispatch email and remain in
place until the last day of your right to return the products.


If we cannot supply you with all the products you ordered, we will not process the parts of
your order unavailable. We will inform you of this by email and, if you have already paid
for the product(s), refund you in full for the item(s) as soon as reasonably possible.

 PAYMENT

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. All fields

indicated as compulsory must be completed.
By completing payment details you confirm that the method being used to make payment
belongs to you or is in your name where an agreement is entered into with any credit or
third-party provider.
We do not store your payment information.
We take full payment immediately for all products
If you have already received the products you ordered from us, but your payment was not
received, you must either pay for the items, or return them to us in the same condition that
you received them, in accordance with our reasonable return instructions and at your own
expense. If you fail to do this within 30 days from the date on which we notify you of
cancellation of the order, we may arrange for collection of the products at your expense.
We reserve the right to charge you for all damage to any products that are the subject of an
unpaid order.


DELAYS

We will make every effort to keep you informed should supply of your product(s) be
prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
We shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure of products being delivered
when originally specified.
Please notify via email if your item has not shipped/delivered within our specific
window.  We advise to not send a Direct Message via Instagram regarding shipping related
matters. Our team will happily assist via email.
 
CHANGES TO AN ORDER


No changes will be allowed to an order once placed. Please reference our return/exchange
policy for guidance. Morgan Madonna The Brand is not responsible for any goods once
dispatched from the warehouse.

Please refrain from communicating via Social Media regarding any order changes or
questions about you order. Please contact us via email or the Morgan Madonna The Brand
website.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Here at Morgan Madonna The Brand, we strive to have you feel and look your best providing
both comfort and luxury, but we recognize that sometimes the perfect piece might not be the
perfect piece for you! For this reason, we graciously accept returns in exchange for store credit
within 7 business days of receiving your item. Items may only be returned for store credit (no
refunds will be issued) if they are unworn, in their original condition, free of any stains, odors, or
alterations. If an item is returned that is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny
your request for store credit.

 **Final sale items cannot be returned in exchange for store credit**
 
Exchange Instructions:


1. If you wish to return an item in exchange for a store credit, please send us an email
(morganmadonna2019@gmail.com ) stating the reason for your return. After your email has
been sent and you have received correspondence from us, of acceptance. We will proceed,
return will be sent to P.O. Box 998 Midway Fl 32343. Please note that any return received
after the 7-day grace period will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.

**No returns will be accepted without an exchange accepted via email first**
1. Please note that Morgan Madonna The Brand does not "reserve" or "hold" items
for future purchases.
2. Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, a merchandise credit will be
issued via email within 10 business days. 
 
Shipping:

All items will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that business days are
Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays. Morgan Madonna The Brand is not
responsible for any lost or stolen packages once an item is in the possession of the shipping
carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order after it has left our facility, we ask that
you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes
change of address, size, or change in quantity. Morgan Madonna The Brand reserves the right to
cancel any order that is placed with incorrect information.

 
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or the shipping carrier not being able to
deliver your item we are not responsible for new shipping fees. If an item is returned to us, you
will be contacted within 10 business days so that new shipping fees can be collected.

 
Canceling an Order:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
